Annie’s Fruit Salsa
Labor Day is fast approaching so I wanted to share with you one of my all time favorite party foods!
I found Annie’s Fruit Salsa on All Recipes about 7 years ago. It was a huge hit at my daughters 2nd birthday party. It is an easy recipe that makes a ton (which means leftovers for you, as it tastes just as good the following day)!
The salsa is a mix of raspberries, strawberries, kiwi and apples-finely chopped, as if you were making regular salsa. You then add some sugar and any kind of preserves you’d like. I use apricot because it adds a little tarty sweetness to the fruit. It also neutralizes the other fruits so they can really be showcased.
This recipe also includes directions for the cinnamon chips. I have made these…when I had time. If you don’t, simply serve your salsa with store bought cinnamon chips.
This dish is so perfect for any type of get together or celebration! You’re guest will be begging for the recipe.
