Caramel Apple Sangria
I LOVE apple cider. It is a staple here in Michigan in the fall. Never didn’t think there was a way to make apple cider any tastier…but I was wrong! I recently found a recipe for Caramel Apple Sangria on the Wholesome Dish blog, and it is fabulous.
It is simply one bottle of Pinot Grigio, 1 cup caramel vodka and 6 cups apple cider. Super easy!
I know absolutely nothing about white wine. I am a red wine drinker through and through. So when it came to picking out a pinot grigio, I guessed. I picked a bottle that had a pretty label and was on sale. The caramel vodka was a little easier, as I went with Smirnoff Kissed Caramel vodka.
This drink is on point! The caramel was buttery and sweet and the cider was crisp and fresh. This needs to be served at your next party!
