Frozen Blueberry Yogurt Bites

So, this is like the most awesome recipe in the summer/easy/healthy category.  If you are looking for a recipe to curb your sweet tooth (which during Michigan summers, I really need something to get me off the ice cream), this could be it!

I found the recipe for Frozen Blueberry Yogurt Bites on the Skinny Mom website.  Just FYI, they are 38 calories per 13 berries (and 2 WW points).  If you are practicing portion control, I would count out the blueberries and put them in a separate bowl…if you don’t, you might just end up eating the whole damn bag:)

Like I said, super easy to make.  Mix vanilla, non fat greek yogurt and a tablespoon of stevia together.  Dip the blueberries in the mix, and tap off excess yogurt.  Place the berries on a wax paper covered cookie sheet, making sure they don’t touch each other.  Freeze for an hour, or until they are completely frozen.

Tada!  Thats it!  I mixed things up a bit and used lemon greek yogurt on a batch, as I just love the taste of blueberry and lemon.
